The item listed is a high quality, 100% stainless valvetronic exhaust system made specifically as a direct fit bolt on exhaust for the BMW M5 F90, 2017-2020 model years (pre facelift). This exhaust is a direct fit, plug and play replacement for the original and the F90 can control the valves on this aftermarket system in exactly the same way as the original, changing from an aggressive sports note ideal for the open road to a tamer, spouse and inner city friendly note with the valves closed. As a performance exhaust, it is louder and sportier than the rather quiet original system. The system comes as pictured and includes centre section piping, hangers, clamps,valves and stainless steel 3.5" inch tips. The exhaust system is fully mandrel bent and TIG welded in order to provide optimal gas flows and increase the performance of the vehicle. Great quality exhaust for my F90 M5 and it sounds bloody brilliant. Always planned to put a performance exhaust on my M5 and only just got round to it now, this one is the perfect choice, in it's sport mode with the valves open it sounds incredible. Loud, aggressive and sporty. Exactly what you would want but it also possesses a closed valve setting which is more respectable and quiet for early morning starts and going through urban areas. Very impressive and a real head turner. The tailpipes look great too with no fitment issues at all, bolt on straight replacement.

Brilliant sounding 3 inch cat back for my M5, so much more impressive and entertaining compared the OE and the tailpipes are stellar. This system is beautifully powerful/sporty in the open valve position, a beast of a system. In the closed valve position it is a a lot quieter but still better than the OE sound. There is a small but decent power increase too from the larger bore size and improved flow which is always welcome. The fitment for this system was fine with the valves working like clockwork. Overall brillaint system, can't go wrong with this.
